Are There Pregnancy Cures for Morning Sickness?
By Dr. Siuw | December 4, 2009

For many women going through a pregnancy the thought of morning sickness will bring them to their knees. There aren’t any pregnancy cures that work as a failsafe for every single woman, but there are things you can do that resemble pregnancy cures that could change your life.
Below are four potential pregnancy cures for morning sickness:
- Avoid foods that are especially high in fat or are too spicy, these foods can sometimes upset your belly and make pregnancy cures seem almost impossible. I know that these foods typically taste better, but isn’t your freedom worth getting.
- Try avoiding foods or drinks that have an especially strong odor or have affected you in the past. If you don’t like the smell of the Doritos in the cabinet, remove them and tell your family a Dorito break is about to happen.
- Even though you grew up hearing otherwise, it is best for you to eat multiple (more than three) meals per day. However, don’t eat as much at these meals, eat smaller, more frequent meals and you’ll be better.
- Some pregnancy cures are found by doing really common and regular things to offset symptoms, but how about something a little different like putting some grapefruit or oranges in your bath.
Long story short, there are no easy pregnancy cures or solutions for every woman, it is up to you to contact your doctor to consider alternatives.
