A Pregnancy Remedy for Heartburn
By Dr. Siuw | December 3, 2009
Pregnant women all around the world deal with countless issues that affect their everyday life without knowing that the answer, or pregnancy remedy, is right in front of them. Many pregnant women assume that since they can’t take most medications that they must just deal with the issue instead of considering a natural pregnancy remedy.

One of the most common problems that pregnant women deal with is heartburn. Any number of pregnant women would be thrilled to know that heartburn doesn’t have to be awful, you just have to look to a natural pregnancy remedy. The best way to do this is follow one or more of the following tips:
- Eat more frequently throughout the day but eat smaller meals at these more frequent sittings. Consider that this pregnancy remedy works by allowing your body to break down smaller amounts of food more regularly.
- After you eat any foods, attempt to sit upright for about an hour you eat. This will allow the food to use gravity to go down through the digestive system instead of lying down and letting in sit.
- If you try to eat more yogurt or drink more milk while laying off of the spicy foods you will definitely improve your heartburn issues.
Remember that the same pregnancy remedy may not work for you that worked for a friend. If your approach is not working consult your doctor to see if you can attempt something else.
